Judges have been pretty lenient on residency requirements in other situations, lawmakers won't change laws that don't benefit them, the Legislature doesn't really have rules on this matter and I doubt they will do anything to change them especially with margins so slim, I'd be very shocked if Parker repaid the money. Best bet is an ethics complaint but again it's up to lawmakers to hold themselves accountable, which is not really something that happens.

She brought Trump to Arizona and most people don't know that she has been making the Venezuela rigged voting machine claims since 2009.
